At 1834 hrs, Rehab 13 was dispatched to the 100 block of Taunton Blvd in Medford for a dwelling fire. The fire resulted in one fatality.
Rehab 13 responded with (8) personnel and (2) apparatus. The following was provided: (17) MVP sports drinks, (18) bottles of water, (7) pots of coffee, (1) Box o’ Joe, (3) pots of hot chocolate, (40) hot dogs, (16) cheeseburgers, (16) chicken sandwiches, assorted snacks, (9) hand & foot warmers, and (3) cleansing “Hero wipes.” In addition, (1) table was deployed for serving, and the ice melt and restroom were in use.
Rehab 13 was on scene from 1909 hrs until released at 2203 hrs. Rehab 13 returned to quarters and all equipment was restored and supplies restocked.
