divAt 1138 hours Rehab 13-8 was dispatched tonbsp4320 N. Route 130 near Levit Parkway to assist the Willingboro Fire Department with a fully loaded trash truck that was on fire.nbspCommand had a heavy fire conditionnbspin a largenbsprefuse truck upon arrival. The fire rendered the vehicle hydraulic system inoperative and the sides of the truck had to be cut open to allow fire fighter access to remove the debris and extinguish the fire. A small front end loader assisted with the operation. divdivnbspdivdivThisnbspincident tooknbspmany hours to complete and with the high heat and humidity levels of the daynbspa full Level II Rehab was set up and with local EMS attended to the fire fighter. Rehab 1385 was directed to Levit Parkway and Route 130 and directed to proceed south in the northbound lanes and set up in a store parking lot directly adjacent to the fire operation.divdivnbspdivdivRehab members set up a shaded quiet area using the vehicle awning and one EZ Up along withnbspall folding chairs and cooling mister. Cold water and towels were also provided for cool down. Gatorade and water were provided for re-hydration. Rehab 1385 also provided food and coffee to the emergency workers on scene.
